Shipping informations

All purchased items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. As a shipping method we use standard shipping with tracking number, which you will be provided as soons as the package is shipped. Domestic orders are usually delivered the next day. Please note that international shipments can be delayed due to COVID-19. International orders usually take 2-3 weeks to be delivered, but it is not uncommon to see shipment times up to 2 months. We do offer expedited shipping, it is expensive but with a different carrier and much more reliable. Most orders will arrive within one week with expedited shipping.

Duties & Taxes:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please note that if your order is being shipped outside the EU, you are subject to duties and import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer to pay.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

What do I do if my tracking hasn’t updated?

According to Post of Slovenia, we must wait 45 days for domestic orders before filing a claim for the lost package. International orders must wait 90 days before we are able to file a claim. It is common for packages to stop tracking while your item is processing through your country’s customs. Please email us if you have not seen any movement on the order within this time frame so we can find a solution. 

How to take care of my earrings?

Since polymer clay earrings are handmade with many details be sure to store them in safe place where they can't be dropped and broken. Even though they are water resistant, I recomment removing them when swimming or taking a shower. That will prevent them from damaging. 

Refunds & Returns

 All sales are final. I do not accept any returns unless your earrings have arrived damaged. If this is the case please contact me within 3 business days when your package has arrived, via email or on social media. I will not accept any refund requests after 3 business days of when your package was marked delivered.
